Import your Trello board in one click

Nobody re-types two hundred cards. Export the JSON from Trello, drop it here, and keep working — with cards that open like documents and pricing that doesn't charge per person.

Three steps

  1. 1

    Export from Trello

Open your board and choose Board menu → Print, export and share → Export as JSON. Trello downloads one file with the whole board.

  2. 2

    Upload it here

On your Decknote dashboard, click Import from Trello and pick the file. Nothing is created until the whole import succeeds.

  3. 3

    Keep working

Your board opens with its lists and cards in place. Invite your team from Share — members are free, we don't charge per seat.

What comes over

  • Lists, in their original order
  • Cards with titles and descriptions
  • Start and due dates, on the right calendar day
  • Labels, with Trello's colours mapped
  • Checklists, including checked items
  • Comments and link attachments

What doesn't

You get a report of exactly what was skipped — it never vanishes silently.

  • Archived lists and cards — restore them in Trello first if you need them
  • Members — invite them from Share once the board is in
  • Uploaded files — Trello's links expire, so re-upload the ones that matter

Why teams move

Cards that open like Notion pages, four views including Timeline, board automations, and one flat price instead of a bill that grows with every hire.
